Product Information:
The user shall purchase the goods in accordance with the Worldbazaar Imports website price quotation (if accepted by the user), subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Worldbazaar Imports reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline an order, or any portion thereof, even after the user’s receipt of an order confirmation.
Any recommendation given by Worldbazaar Imports or its employees to the user or its agents regarding the use, storage or application of the product which is not confirmed in writing by Worldbazaar Imports is acted upon the user's own risk. Worldbazaar Imports will not be liable for any recommendation not confirmed in writing.
Additionally, please note that since all our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in color, size and expression.

The user hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Worldbazaar Imports harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, tax, liability and/or expense that may be incurred by Worldbazaar Imports and its related agents who are connected with the performance of its duties.
The user also agrees to indemnify and hold Worldbazaar Imports, its related agents and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.
The user acknowledges, through use of this Website, full responsibility for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Website and that your use of this website is taken at your sole risk.
