Making Music, Asmat Wood Statue

"Making music" and enjoying what life has to offer is this Asmat's motto.  Handcarved from manual tools from Albesia wood, this piece is depicting the life style of the Asmat people living in rainforests off the coast of Papau, Indonesia.  These tribes use sculptures and art to depict their traditions and culture.  A great conversation piece for any decor!
