Wood Statues, Asmat Warriors (pair)

Handcarved from local albesia wood, these statues depict the Asmat tribal people.  The Asmat tribe lives in remote rainforests off the coast of Papua, Indonesia and are famed for their primitive sculptures and artwork.  Unknown to modern civilization until recently, these sculptures will be great accent pieces in any room.
